The project is part of a burning debate currently taking place on the emissions problem, which is one of the five significant crises in the world for 2017 in descending order: climate change, forced migration, natural disasters, terrorist attacks and fraud or data theft. Forced immigration attributes to itself the problem of refugees and
asylum seekers due to persecution based on religion, race, nationality and the expression of political or social opinion in public.

The project aims not to find a solution to the current problem but to enable an architectural look at a problematic situation that has proven itself in need of architectural advice and planning.
